FOR UK SALONS, STUDIOS AND SPAS

Win the clients you want.Learn what brings them in.

We research the people you want to attract and build profiles of their situation, priorities and reasons for choosing a salon. We create and publish campaigns based on that understanding, then refine your marketing as we learn what people respond to. The same insight gives you a clearer basis for shaping your offers.

Room for new clients.
What should your marketing do next?

Perhaps you haven’t started posting, or only post when you find the time. Perhaps most of your new bookings come through a marketplace. Or you already pay for regular marketing but still aren’t sure what is worth repeating. When fewer people get in touch, it can be hard to know what to change. We plan and publish campaigns for the people you want to attract, then use what we learn from the response to shape what we do next.

What we learn becomes
what we do next.

See what we’re learning about the people your salon can attract: their situation, what matters when choosing and what they respond to. Your Harvest Report shows the evidence, the developing client profiles and how we’re using that understanding to refine your marketing.

Brides planning a trial

What we observed
Fourteen enquiries linked to posts explaining the bridal trial.
What we’re learning
They may be choosing confidence in the wedding-day look, rather than a treatment alone.
Context and possible trigger
A wedding date is booked; planning the trial becomes relevant.
Choosing criteria to check
What the trial includes, how the look is chosen and when to arrange it.

The response is recorded. The interpretation, situation and trigger are working hypotheses to check with the salon.

Put the understanding to work.

  1. Lead with confidence before the weddingCreate a bridal-trial walkthrough: the consultation, choosing the look and what happens on the day.
  2. Make the first visit familiarShow the patch test, appointment stages and what to expect at a first lash lift.
  3. Test the practical fitPublish the salon’s actual evening availability alongside the services people can arrange.

We prepare and publish these campaigns. You can see what changed and why.

The same understanding can help you shape your own offers. Its first job is guiding the marketing we run for you.

These examples show how someone’s situation and priorities shape the message we publish.

We run the campaigns.
You stay close to your clients.

We learn what matters to your prospective clients, put that understanding into the campaigns we run, and show you what changed and why.

  1. 01

    We set the direction

We study your salon, services and comparable businesses to decide whom to reach and what to say.

  2. 02

    We prepare and publish

The pilot plans three posts a week on Instagram and Google. Each is planned around a situation, priority or reason for choosing your salon.

Posts are available for review before publication, with correction and hold options.

  3. 03

    We follow the response

We connect the available enquiry and booking evidence to the campaigns, keeping unknown sources separate.

  4. 04

    We refine the campaigns

We update the client profiles and change the subjects, explanations and messages we publish. The next plan follows the evidence available.

Your account. Your choice.

Your accounts and following stay yours. Booking and payment-provider charges remain separate.

No number of enquiries or bookings is promised. If no enquiries can be traced to the posts, the report says so. If that continues for two months, you should cancel.

The fair questions.

How do you trace an enquiry?
We connect available enquiry and booking records to campaign sources where the records support it. Unidentified sources stay unknown. Clicks, enquiries and bookings are reported separately.
Does it bring bookings?
We report the enquiries and booking outcomes we can verify. Booking arrangements are confirmed before the pilot starts. We do not promise a number of enquiries or bookings.
Will the content look like my salon?
We use your services, facts and suitable material. Treatment results are always real photos. Scenes are never presented as your actual practitioners, clients or results. Photos showing people need the relevant permission.
What if something is wrong?
We can correct or hold posts before publication and take down inaccurate published posts.
What booking information is reported?
The report separates recorded bookings, traced enquiries and unknown sources. Booking compatibility is confirmed before the pilot starts.
Why add this if my booking system already has reports?
Recolte does the research and publishing, then puts the available enquiry and booking evidence into the campaigns we run for you. The pilot lets you judge whether that work is worth delegating.
Do you redesign my services?
We use the client understanding first to refine your marketing. The same insight can also inform your offers and services.
